Mr. Daniel Pauzé,
President
Mr. Daniel Pauze is President of Tom Explorations since January 2007. Prior to this title, he worked as the Director of Relations with the investors for a period of 4 years. He is a member of the Board of Directors since October 2002.
His personal mandate since being appointed as President is to transform the exploration firm into a company which produces precious metals, more specifically dealing with GOLD. With this particular goal in mind, he has created the “Excel Gold Guyana Inc” company (a subsidiary of Tom Exploration Inc). He is confident in a rapid transformation. He was initiated to the stock exchange over 35 years ago. Throughout these years he has accumulated much experience in the stock exchange world which will be very useful to him in his new position.
Previously he has occupied many leadership positions for over 30 years in the Insurance Industry. He began his career with the Belair Direct company in Montreal, before joining the ING Canada ranks in the insurance division in the beginning of 2001. Moreover, he was a member of the direction of “l’Association des directeurs de sinistres” in the Quebec Division for 7 years. He is a determined and dynamic man.

Patrick Lessard

Mr. Patrick Lessard,
Vice-President
Mr. Patrick Lessard is Vice-President and Administrator of Tom Exploration Inc. since February 2007.
He obtained a diploma in International Business and Administration from the Ellis Business College.
Being the primary shareholder of four businesses in the region of Quebec, his expertise and dynamism are very sought out.
The experience he has acquired in his numerous management positions will be of an immeasurable value for his mandate of restructuring and managing the administrative and judicial functions of the firm.

Martin Harvey

Mr. Martin Harvey, Director of Development and Operations
Mr. Martin Harvey joined the Board of Directors of Tom Exploration Inc in January 2007.
He is a businessman from Montreal. His business employs more than 350 people. He has also participated in the success of one of the biggest international firms and was implicated in many committees within this company.
Moreover, he has acquired over 15 years of expertise in the forestry industry and more specifically in the heavy machinery division.
His implication is definitely a big asset for Tom Exploration Inc.

Remy St-Jean, CGA Administrator
Mr. St-Jean is a member of the Board of Directors since March 2007.
He is a graduate in accounting sciences from the Universite du Quebec a Montreal and is a “Certified General Accountant” since August 1990. The experience he has acquired in different fields since the creation of his accounting cabinet in 1992 has enriched him with a global knowledge of the business world. He is a member of many consultation committees and is an indispensable complement to the management of the firm.

Mr. Stephane Frechette, Engineer
Mr. Stephane Frechette is a mining engineer possessing over 18 years experience in the industry
From May 1993 to November 1995, he held the position of engineer for “Omai Gold Mines” in Cooperative Republic of Guyana situated in South America. In November 1995, he obtains a transfer to Cambior in the division of “Sleeping Giant”, where he occupies a position of engineer to training and supervision. In June of 1996, he accepts the challenge of the “Troilus Mine” Project, owned by Mines Immet, northwest of Chibougamau. He will work there for 11 years where he will occupy numerous positions of supervision and engineering, to finally succeed to Project Manager.
On the 28th of June 2007, Mr. Frechette joins the team of Exploration Tom Inc. as mining engineer. His vast experience is a major asset for the company. |
